Ultracable - A New Era 


2017 brings exciting change to Ultracable!


We are pleased to announce that Ultracable Ltd has been bought by our friends, Microminder.


The Ultracable Directors, myself (Stephen) and Kim are fully committed to delivering the same service excellence that Ultracable Ltd has always offered. While Kim looks forward to winding down in the not too distant future, for the time being both she and I will still be on hand to deal with your needs, ensuring that the extensive knowledge of your requirements remains unchanged.


Support can be requested as normal and will be dealt with as promptly and efficiently as ever. 


If you do have any questions or concerns, you can of course speak with me, or alternatively I can strongly advocate contacting Microminder's Head of Operations & Sales,  Martin Chapman, who can be contacted at martin.chapman@microminder.com.  All calls and emails will be responded to promptly and will be dealt with in confidence.


So, what will change?


  • In the immediate future, nothing. For the next month things will stay exactly the same.


  • Over time you will benefit from a 30-strong team of technical engineers able to help you – one of whom will continue to be me as Field Service Engineer as I am excited to be joining the Microminder team.


  • There will be new bank account details and over the next month I shall visit every client and shall bring you a Direct Debit form to complete, making the transition seamless.


  • Microminder have committed that Ultracable clients’ contract terms will not change for at least 12 months until 1st April 2018 – however you will benefit from having a greater pool of resources and a team dedicated to working within very stringent SLA’s for clients.


Both senior teams are excited and positive that we have completed this transition, which is a perfect fit and brings the best of both businesses to the Ultracable clientele.


On behalf of myself and Kim, I’d personally like to thank you all for your support, past, present and future and I give you our strongest assurance that the high standards we have built will be maintained and extended going forward.
