We’ve been exceptionally busy, leading to a slight increase in waiting times due to significant increases in Ransomware/Cryptolocker attacks affecting Dental Practices nationwide. Many years ago, we used our normal ‘BT’ telephone number. This was in the days before you could buy inclusive call bundles. Clients in regions other than London were unhappy at feeling penalised by national rate calls where London clients faced local rates. To avoid this, we introduced 0845 094 1090.
Fast forward to 2016 and in most instances the original 020 8799 6883 BT number is now included in most clients call bundles where the 0845 number isn’t and attracts the national (NOT PREMIUM) call charges.This being the case, we are encouraging all clients to call using:
