Micro Minder’s IT maintenance plans
All equipment supplied by Micro Minder comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Although this provides a comfort it may not meet the needs of a thriving practice dependent on their computer system for their day to day smooth running. So over and above the manufacturer’s warranty, Micro Minder provide the following options:
Per call
Micro Minder is just a phone call away. You can purchase over the phone support or on-site service.
Standard subscribed
Micro Minder standard support is available every business day with no additional costs over and above the low monthly subscription – parts included. Even a loan computer if our engineer needs to take one of yours away. Plus a free backup verification service twice a year.
Premium subscribed
• Priority telephone support
• Remote dial in and diagnosis. Guaranteed same day response for calls placed before 4pm
• Server – onsite service. Where remote dial in has not solved the problem within 4 business hours, onsite service will be within 4 business hours from that time
• Workstation - onsite service. Where remote dial in has no solution within 4 business hours, onsite service will be next day
• Printers. In the event that a printer cannot be rectified remotely a loan or replacement printer will be dispatched the same day
• Peripherals that develop a fault or die will be replaced with the same or equivalent at Micro Minder’s cost even after the warranty expires
• Micro Minder’s free backup verification service is available to Premium customers every 3 months
• User fault callout up to 4 calls per annum included for user fault fixes (excludes viruses)
