We have made a significant investment in our Asian facilities infrastructure, hardware, software and processes to enable us to offer a secure, efficient & cost effective back scanning & indexing service.

By converting paper to digital images, you are able to free valuable office space and off-site storage. A single CD-ROM can hold up to 10,000 pages, the equivalent of a 4-drawer filing cabinet.

The other advantage of this is that once stored on a CD or DVD, scanned documents offer instant search and retrieval facilities.

The process consists of taking all the daily paper records generated by a business and scanning them as images. These are loaded onto our server for our data processing center and these are electronically filed, indexed & stored. All records are available to authorized personnel within seventy two hours for viewing, over the internet. The images are also given to the customer on a hard disk or on DVDs.
