Products
We source quality Computers, Servers and Peripherals from internationally renowned suppliers such as Fujitsu Siemens and Hewlett Packard. The peripherals include Backup Devices, Routers, Scanners, Switches and TFT screens.
Installation Services
Our engineers install networking cabling and computers whether supplied by us or a third party. They are able to install all IT equipment. To minimise disruption in the practice, we can organise weekend cabling and/or installation. For sites purchasing two or more computers from us, we provide a comprehensive site survey before finalising the equipment the practice needs. This eliminates any “surprises” on the day of the installation.
Support Services
All our clients have access to our dedicated hotline support desk. The support engineers use specialist software that allows them to take control of a client’s computer to rectify faults remotely.
We also install & support digital x-ray systems from Dexis, Durr, Gendex, Kavo, Satelec and Soredex, and intra oral cameras from Digi-Doc, Durr, Gendex, Kavo and Satelec.
Maintenance Services
Some of our maintenance contracts offer the following services:
- 4 or 8 hour guaranteed response
- Telephone hotline support (Monday – Friday; 9.00 – 5:30)
- Loan Equipment - if our engineer cannot fix the problem on site
- Replacement PC if it has problems within the first 30 days of purchase
- Full network support & dial in support (Remote Access)
Call Out Services
We currently have a team of engineers situated around the British Isles who, between them, provide installation services, callout (repair) services and site surveys.
They are aware of the specific needs of dental practices and will therefore work with you when problems arise. Our engineers carry most computer parts and peripherals for replacements. They are also supported from our central Support Desk for quick resolution of problems.
We have dedicated installation and callout coordinators. The installation coordinator organizes the most convenient but fast installation time, ensuring a minimal amount of disruption to the customer’s routine. The Callout Coordinator’s sole responsibility is to ensure that a Customer’s site is attended to swiftly by our engineers, the problem diagnosed and resolved, and thereby restoring IT capability to the problem site.
