Our experience with built up computers: In our early days we assembled computers from standard components. However we found inconsistent availability of parts meant that reliability was often a problem. Furthermore, each time we substituted a part we were effectively creating an unproven computer and frequently the new component proved incompatible with peripheral equipment. As our volumes grew and the industry became more commoditised we were able to obtain top branded computers at comparable or lower prices. And the incidence of failure diminished substantially.

The Micro Minder approach is:

• Following discussion of needs we provide a detailed proposal

• Once the proposal is accepted a project manager is assigned for your project who works with you to ensure a smooth coordinated installation.

• We send an Engineer to Site to do a comprehensive site survey. This may reveal savings or modifications to our recommendations in which case a revised proposal is prepared. We draw up layout plans for your installation noting all requirements and provide you with a copy for your verification.

• Working with your software supplier we schedule installation to precede software training.

• Engineers preconfigure your hardware in our workshops, load all your software and test the system for a minimum of 24 hours.

• Installation engineers deliver the equipment, complete cabling and installation.
