Micro Minder Plc is an international company based in London. With offices in UK , India, and USA , we provide turnkey IT solutions ranging from supply of hardware and specialist software to project management, network installation and support services.
Established in 1984, we are now the leading nationwide supplier of IT equipment to dental practices in the UK in partnership with Software of Excellence.
Software of Excellence is the leading supplier of practice management software for dental practices in the UK. Working closely with them since they first came to the UK from New Zealand in 1994, we identify the client’s needs and provide suitable computer hardware and peripherals and, most importantly, the support required by them.
Micro Minder has been an Authorised Fujitsu-Siemens System & Service Partner since 2001, & Premier Service Partner since 2003. Similarly, we also work very closely with Hewlett Packard.
Having gained experience working with over 1500 dental practices our Management Team decided in late 2006 to bring our expertise into the dental practice refurbishment market by creating Practice Design Solutions Ltd.
With the advantage of having office in three continents our business alliances team attends international exhibitions to source products that it see as solving problems for clients in any of the vertical markets we operate in.
Since 1987, Laserfiche Document Management has led the industry in offering smart, flexible, and easily integrated document management solutions for a broad range of business and government needs. To increase the range of products and services that we offer, our management decided to partner with Laserfiche in 2005 to resell their products in the UK.
Over the last year we have added an outsourcing unit to our business. This offers bookkeeping and other accountancy services, document scanning and indexing.
We take pride in ensuring that all of our team is thoroughly conversant with the complete range of solutions offered by us ensuring that the customers’ needs are understood and met, from the initial sale through installation to ongoing support.
Staff training is viewed as a critical part of our success and as such the staff is trained on a regular basis at our training centres in Asia and Europe.
